Delivery Times

Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 1 business day. During busy periods, processing time may be longer, and we will inform you of any delays.

Delivery Time: The expected delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days after the processing time has ended.

Delayed Deliveries: We strive to deliver your order on time, but certain unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery. In case of a delay, we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery date.

Return shipping:
Within Denmark, return shipping costs 49 DKK.
For countries outside Denmark, return shipping is variable and typically ranges between €7–13, depending on the destination and carrier.

Unclaimed packages:
If a package is not picked up or is refused and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee equal to the return shipping cost:
49 DKK within Denmark and €7–13 for other countries, depending on actual return shipping rates.
